UEFA anounce provisional final dates for Champions League and Europa League finals
UEFA have pencilled in August 29th as the date for the Champions League Final.
The final was due to be played in Istanbul on May 30th but Europe's governing body said yesterday that they are exploring a number of options to complete the Champions League and Europa League this season.
The Europa League final is now set for Gdansk on August the 26th,
UEFA say that they are looking at one leg ties to speed up the completion of the remaining ties in both competitions or the playing of a mini tournament where the quarter-finals semi-finals and final would all be played in the space of a week.
