Joey Higgins and Alan Mangan shared their post-match feelings after Barry Kelly called off Sunday's Westmeath Senior Hurling Championship Final.
Both managers gave their thoughts on the referees desicion to call off the Westmeath Senior Hurling Championship Final last Sunday.
Match Official Barry Kelly made the call after 13 minutes because of what he deemed to be a poor playing surface and unplayable conditions.
They both respected the verdict, but Joey Williams of Lough Lene Gaels felt for everyone that helped set up the occasion.
Meanwhile Castletown Geoghegans Alan Mangan expressed that the choice was made with the players in mind.
The re-fixture will take place on Saturday in TEG Cusack Park at 2pm.
